In these 180 pages, you will be guided through and receive examples of exercise programs, recipe ideas, and physical rehab and maintenance. Along with also discussing strategies of mind-set to help you find your balance and enable you to be the most productive you can be.
Once you have absorbed the learning, you will be tasked with completing an eight week journal- THIS IS CRITICAL. You will put into practice everything you have learnt, and start your journey to a more positive stronger you- oh and its eight weeks because that’s how long it takes to form a new habit!
