My journey into fitness, health and wellbeing began from a young age when I started my athletics career in Pole Vault. I continue to compete at a national level and although it is intense and hard work, it acts as my very important ‘me time’ and is a way to relax and unwind.
My personal experiences of both physical and mental struggles, has lead me to the principle of wellbeing and the founding of HumbleFit. At HumbleFit we work with clients on a one to one basis to achieve their goals and overcome their individual obstacles.
With my passion in health and fitness, I initially qualified as a Personal trainer which took me out to Sardinia where I worked with a range of individuals from across the world, assisting them to reach their health and wellness goals. This experience further exposed me to the extensive benefits exercise has on both physical and mental health. On my return to London I began my work in exercise therapy, working alongside Harley Street Psychologists, using exercise, massage and wellness coaching to develop client’s overall health and wellbeing.
Massage, wellness and exercise has a place in everyone’s lifestyle. It brings an overall sense of calm and grounding while providing a feeling of energy, making you feel fresh and ready to tackle your day. As a professional in the field, I work with people to assist them prioritise their health and wellbeing.
I offer both Sports and Remedial massage treatments and work with many top sports clubs and National athletes, including Auriol Kensington Rowing Club, who this year performed at a brilliantly high standard, competing at Henley Royal Regatta.
Sports massage is great for anyone suffering from aches, pains and postural problems caused by everyday life. However, if a relaxing treatment is more up your street, then a Swedish or Aromatherapy massage can help you feel calm and centred. My knowledge and experience allows me to provide a tailored massage treatment, personalising it to your specific needs.
Exercise therapy has allowed me to improve the health and fitness of people from all backgrounds, however as a qualified wellness coach I also work with clients to support them in areas of their life such as careers, relationships and overall life balance. Exercise is a critical aspect to the process of overall wellbeing. But when teamed with wellness coaching and massage therapy, one is more likely to achieve a feeling of self-confidence, higher energy levels and overall wellbeing.
