Training with others offers a fun and sociable way to train, that keeps you motivated, pushes you harder and increases your chances of success.
Paired or small group fitness sessions allow you to train as a team whilst giving you the opportunity to work on and achieve your own goals.
Don’t worry if your group is not at the same fitness level, you can still all work together and help each other reach your goals.
