During life coaching sessions you will be taught different strategies and techniques to help change any negative thinking patterns, into positive and driven ways of thinking.

The usual question is what is the difference between coaching and therapy. They do have their similarities however the clearest way to explain the difference is, coaching helps make positive change by addressing the present and looking towards the future. Therapy, also making positive change, tends to address the past, and finds ways to deal with past experience. Both are very beneficial and can work well together.

Through Coaching you are able to address and take time to work on your health and wellness. It gives you the opportunity to make changes to your life that will bring you closer to your goals, whilst improving your overall wellbeing.

What to Expect


All sessions are 1:1, confidential and in a private environment. It is really important that you connect with your coach, so we offer an initial consultation so we can meet and you can get see whether life and wellness coaching is for you. If you find the session beneficial and feel you have the right coach, then ongoing sessions are either 45mins or 60mins and are as frequent as you wish.
